WYBN Italy-Brasil Expert Working Group on Poverty Eradication (Naples, Italy) United Nations Global Compact international NGO
Members of the WYBN Group of Experts who had carried out Vatican Mission are as follows: Dr. Bruno Fiorentino(acting President of the Group), career diplomat responsible for intl affairs and billateral cooperation of the Ministry for the Environment and Territory of the Republic of Italy; Dr. TomislavBogdanic(Group Vice President), WYBN President; Mr. Mikhael Jaime Shamis (Group’s Director for Banking and Finance), Board President of The World Youth Bank and Head of Peace Mission; HE Dr. Antonio Diletto(Group’s Senior Liaison Officer for Vatican, responsible for Inter-religious dialogue and cooperation development); Dr. IlijaLjutic(Group’s Intl Cooperation and Investments General Manager) and Mr. Marcello Pane (Group’s Executive Secretary)l Expert Working Group on Poverty Eradication (Naples, Italy)

Agreed to continue both institutions support to the MEA Peace Mission by arranging official reception of the WYBN/Peace Mission leaders by His Holiness Pope Francis in mid-October 2013 in Vatican City (Rome, Italy). Mr. Mikhael Jaime Shamis, Board President of the World Youth Bank and Head of Peace Mission Project mandated for preparation of perspective visit of His Holiness Pope Francis to The Gulf Region, with the authorities of United Arab Emirates and related countries as well as for empowerment of Inter-religious dialogue based upon mutual recognition, tolerance and broader understanding amongst different religions in Gulf Region and worldwide.

October 2013, WYBN, World Youth Bank and Peace Mission working visit to Latin America
Official invitation and request for assistance by the Government of Brasil, in coordination and under patronage of His Excellency Cardinal CrescenzioSepe, Bishop of Naples.
